Medi Queue — Hospital Appointment Manager
Welcome to Medi Queue, a hospital appointment management application developed and operated by Kshitij Software.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our mobile application ("App") and our web services at https://mediqweb.kshitijsoftware.com .
Medi Queue is intended for use by healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and medical staff. It is not directed at children under the age of 13.

Medi Queue is designed exclusively for healthcare professionals and hospital staff. It is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe a child has submitted data through our App, please contact us immediately.

The App does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or social media platforms. The only external communication is with our own API server at https://mediqweb.kshitijsoftware.com/api.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
